Big Rock Equipment offers 3rd party portable CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) service. The equipment our consultants use captures data digitally and provides 3D information on the target object(s). Once that data is captured it can be analyzed in various formats using GD&T, point clouds, or can be exported to CAD.

• All our equipment is completely portable and can be transported anywhere 
• The equipment used measures accurately to within .001 of an inch
• Once the part has been scanned we can easily modify the 3D model to improve liner wear life and part efficiency if required
